The check-in inventory will only be possible after the receipt of all requested documents.
By the tenant
- 1 ID photo
- Double-sided copy of a valid ID card
- Certificate of attendance at school or student card
- Bank account details
- Social Security Card
- Public liability insurance certificate for the apartment to be submitted no later than the day you will receive the keys
By the guarantors
- Double-sided copy of a valid ID card for each guarantor
- Copy of the last 3 pay slips (Mr and Mrs)
- Copy of the last 3 tax assessments (= 4 pages for each tax assessment)
- Proof of address less than 3 months old
- Bank account details
